At Elevates Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, consulting, and digital products. Due to the nature of our business, we apply the following refund and cancellation policies:
1. Digital Services and Consulting
Since we provide personalized, custom-built digital and consulting services, refunds are not available once the service has been initiated, unless otherwise stated in a specific written contract.
- This includes but is not limited to: marketing strategy consulting, campaign management, chatbot development, AI system implementation, workflow automations with tools such as n8n or Make (formerly Integromat), and CRM integrations.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback to ensure smooth execution of the services.
2. Courses, Programs, and Digital Products
- Downloadable digital products
(e.g., templates, eBooks, toolkits, or software scripts) are non-refundable once purchased, as access is granted immediately.
- Programs, memberships, or subscription-based services (such as online academies, group coaching, or automation platforms) can be canceled, but the client must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
3. Special Cases and Technical Errors
If a technical error directly attributable to Elevates Group prevents access to a purchased product or service, we will:
- Investigate the issue within a reasonable timeframe,
- Offer a partial refund or service credit for future use, depending on the severity and duration of the issue.
4. Exceptions
